Andrew Parkinson

Co-founder & Strategic Partnership Development, Board Member

Andrew Parkinson is co-founder of Peapod and ItemMaster and brings 37 years of experience including prior brand management at Procter & Gamble and Kraft Foods to the ItemMaster team.

John Furton

COO / CIO

John Furton is co-founder of Peapod and current COO / CIO at ItemMaster where he brings 30 years of CPG, e-commerce and retail experience to his responsibilities of the day-to-day administration and operations of ItemMaster.

Kevin Clarke

SVP & CFO

Kevin Clarke is SVP & CFO and has 20 years of Finance experience at internet and technology businesses; he brings SaaS business best practices to his leadership role as CFO at ItemMaster.

Mark Yoo

Director of Field Operations

Mark Yoo is responsible for the growing network of ItemMaster's Brand Activation Centers (BAC's) across the US. With over 20 years of CPG and multi unit retail experience, Mark partners with existing BAC teams while opening new locations in partnership with ItemMaster Retail clients.

Courtney Jane Acuff

VP of Product & Marketing

Courtney Jane Acuff is VP of Product and Marketing at ItemMaster where she is charged with delivering ItemMaster’s product solutions into the marketplace as well as all marketing initiatives for ItemMaster; she is a media agency trained researcher, media planner/buyer and experienced marketer.

Jeff Ayars

VP of Technology

Jeff Ayars, VP of Technology, is an experienced executive, technologist and engineering leader with over 25 years in consumer and enterprise software product development; today he brings that experience as a curious builder and hands on engineering leader to his team.

He serves as a director on the boards of Realmatch, Pixability, Arkadium, and IQ Media, and has previously been involved in Edison's investments in Netprospex, Uptivity, Offerpop, TripleLift, Terminus, Neat, Cadient Group, and CheckpointHR.

Stuart Larkin

Stuart is a Co-Founder and Partner of Chicago Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm, where he oversees all aspects of Chicago Ventures including fund management, deal sourcing and investments, and working directly with portfolio companies.

Andy Walter

Advisor

Andy Walter is a business results-driven professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, execution, and operations across Shared Services and IT. He led the Commercial Services & Delivery Organization (over 1500 IT and multifunctional professionals) for Procter & Gamble’s Global Business Services (GBS). He was responsible for IT & Shared Services for all Global Business Units and Markets around the world. His team was accountable for developing cutting-edge digital capabilities for Procter & Gamble to win “where it matters most,” with Consumers, Shoppers, and Retailers. This included all eBusiness, Consumer Services, BI/Analytics, Sales Force Solutions, Project Delivery, Business Process Services, and A&D / Company restructuring efforts.

Thomas Parkinson

Board Member

Mr. Parkinson co-founded Peapod in 1989 when he was 29 with $50,000 in seed money. Delivering groceries via the computer, Peapod is the pioneer of e-commerce, being the first e-commerce company in the world. It maintains its leadership as the largest e-grocer in the country, serving the Midwest and the East coast. As Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for Peapod’s web and mobile product development, IT infrastructure, supply chain systems and R&D.

Jamie Crouthamel

Board Member

Jamie serves as a Principal of Old Town Capital, LLC and founded DoubleClick Performics, Inc. or Performics Inc in 1998 and served as its CEO from 1998 to 2004. He served as the President of DoubleClick Performics, Inc. from June 2004 to March 2005, and as the SVP and GM at DoubleClick, Inc. he led Performics to a market leading position with a unique and comprehensive array of performance-based online marketing services. Mr. Crouthamel serves as Director of Primis Marketing Group, Inc and is a Member of the Advisory Board of Media6Degrees, LLC. He has been a Director of ValueClick Inc. since 200 and serves on the Board of Directors of privately-held Acquisis, LLC, Directory of Schools, LLC and DOS Partners LLC, all of which are online marketing companies. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at BigTime Software, Inc. since November 2011. Mr. Crouthamel serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Bazaarvoice, Inc. He has been named one of the ‘Top 100′ most influential people in technology in the Midwest, a Rising Star in Retail in Chain Store Age’s 40 Under 40 review and is a Member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
